Adrina Riggins is the owner of Aligning Life’s Responsibilities, LLC and a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive space for growth and healing. She leads a team of compassionate clinicians who provide personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Adrina works with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a focus on helping clients align their goals, values, and emotional well-being. She is passionate about making therapy accessible to ensure care is available to those who need it most.

LaKesha Shingler Howell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist who is committed to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental, and confidential space for healing. Esther is passionate about mentoring clinicians, fostering professional growth, and supporting the development of strong therapeutic skills. Her leadership helps maintain a collaborative, compassionate environment that benefits both our clinicians and the clients they serve.

With a clinical background, Kaila brings a deeper understanding of client needs and therapeutic fit, allowing her to approach her role with both efficiency and care. She is dedicated to creating an organized, welcoming process from the very first point of contact, helping make access to therapy simple, seamless, and stress-free.
